For this teenager’s retreat, designer Tuan Nguyen of Nouveau Design House converted a former nanny’s apartment on top of the garage. For a home in the Hamptons, designer Amy Kartheiser created a haven for relaxing and entertaining. The home, which has seven bedrooms and three distinct spaces connected by walkways, has light, serene interiors accented by art and biophilic elements.
